Cnc Mill Machinist

The role involves operating CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and CNC surface grinders. The ideal candidate must perform in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers, ensuring precision within extremely tight tolerances of up to 50 millionths.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and CNC surface grinders.
• Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers.
• Maintain precision and adhere to extremely tight tolerances.
• Work with Mazak controls and perform surface grinding.
• Use horizontal mill and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

• Experience operating CNC Mills or Surface grinders.
• Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to manage extremely tight tolerances.
• Familiarity with Mazak controls.
• Experience in an ISO regulated environment.

• Experience with surface grinding and horizontal milling.
• Understanding of CMM operations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean, with a focus on quality. Employees are expected to have excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality. Initial training will occur on the first shift for 6-8 weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
