Waste Connections of Missouri, Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team supporting the greater St. Louis Market!
This position is high volume B2B selling with a focus on gaining new customers through active prospecting and networking. It also requires balancing current customer needs, customer maintenance, and customer retention opportunities.
This position is to develop business relationships with face-to-face contacts. Daily requirements for prospecting new potential customers, customer follow up, reporting, and partnering with our internal customer service and operations teams.
Average first year compensation $75,000-95,000 with uncapped commission potential following year one.

Job Duties:
- 80% of your time will be spent in your designated territory, prospecting, building relationships and exploring market opportunities
- Preparing proposals, managing CRM and customers
- Managing an existing customer book of business of 1,000+ commercial accounts
- 20% of this position will be spent in the office doing account management, team building, and strategic planning
- 1+ years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- A competitive base salary plus commission
- Guaranteed commission for a designated ramp up period
- Company provided phone and tablet
- A set monthly car allowance
