Description
The Call Center Associate performs diverse administrative tasks in support of Customer Experience Center activities. Job functions include a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and phone related job functions.
Consultants will make outgoing phone calls to car dealerships and service companies, handling customer requests, cancellation requests, and entering data and invoices into the systems the team uses (Mainframe, Salesforce Service Cloud)
Skills & Qualifications
• Handling of mail items
• Data entry
• Creation or completion of reports
• Processing payoffs
• Title work processing
• Calling customers, dealers, service providers and DMVs
• Account maintenance (ie Extensions/Due Date processing, demographic updates, etc)
• Processing Financial Change Notices/Check Requests
• Handling customer requests
• Invoice Processing
• Communicating with customers via Secure Message
• Performing and monitoring automation processes and exceptions
Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
