The Company is looking for a Civil Designer who wants to work on impactful infrastructure projects while growing their career at a firm known for employee ownership, long‑term stability, and industry leadership.
In this role, you’ll help design real‑world solutions — from land development and utilities to roadways, drainage, and stormwater systems — alongside experienced engineers and designers in a highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create civil design plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation
- Support site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and volume calculations
- Apply design standards and contribute to high‑quality construction documents
- Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams to bring projects from concept to reality
What You Bring
- Experience in civil design and construction documentation
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Excel

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
