What You’ll Do

• Assist in designing and developing engineered products from concept to completion.
• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed CAD models and high-quality production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and manufacturability.
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager, receiving mentorship and training to accelerate your growth.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and product development.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with machining or working with materials such as wood, metal, vacuum forming, injection molding, blow molding, steel stamping, and forming.
• A keen eye for design and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
