Certified Medical Assistant - Primary Care

Job Description

The Medical Assistant prepares and maintains exam rooms, prepares charts, obtains reports and records, assists with patient flow, and ensures the overall smooth running of the clinical office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Patient Care Duties:

- Interact directly with patients in a clinic setting and complete clinical tasks which may include obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, and verification of medications.

- Prepare for office hours by obtaining charts, scheduling tests, and preparing exam rooms.
