In this role, you’ll be at the heart of mortgage operations—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every borrower’s journey.

What You’ll Do:

As a key player in the Income and Asset Analysis and Validation team, you’ll:

• Analyze with Precision: Review borrower income and asset documentation—like pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements—with a sharp eye for accuracy and compliance.
• Maximize Opportunities: Help identify ways to optimize income calculations within guidelines and support decision-making with well-reasoned recommendations.
• Support Escalations: Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional partners to resolve complex cases and ensure timely outcomes.
• Drive Performance: Meet service level agreements (SLAs) by delivering timely, high-quality reviews and decisions.
• Champion Collaboration: Work closely with peers and leadership to foster a positive, solutions-focused team culture.
• Innovate & Improve: Share ideas for process enhancements and help streamline operations for greater efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in mortgage operations or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
