Key Responsibilities

• Issue and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Process new contracts and sales transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Address customer inquiries and resolve billing complaints
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain transaction records
• Assist with customer account reconciliations
• Prepare and present analytical reports for management
• Support monthly and quarterly audits and account cleanups
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience
• 0-3 years of billing experience in a high-volume setting
