Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Job Description

We seek an Electrical Superintendent to manage projects through out the state of Kansas and Missouri but main projects in the Kanas City metro. Projects include electrical infrastructure and power projects for clients such as Amazon EV, ranging from 5 weeks to 3 months. Work weeks are planned for 50-60 hours. The role involves overseeing field operations, managing crews, material ordering, and ensuring project schedules are met. The superintendent will work on industrial upgrades, including food/beverage, ethanol, manufacturing, and mining facilities.

Skills & Requirements

• 1+ years of Electrical Superintendent Experience
• Comfortable reading electrical blue prints
• Strong in Project takeoffs
• Good understanding of scheduling and material ordering
• Comfortable traveling across the United States

Work Environment

The role involves overseeing multiple crews on-site, managing material procurement, and establishing workflows to ensure projects remain on track. Safety regulations must be enforced to foster a culture of workplace safety. The superintendent must be flexible and willing to assist with hands-on tasks as needed.
