  • Comfortable with 30–40% travel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

The work environment is characterized by an employee-owned, entrepreneurial culture with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team. The role reports to a senior leader and includes a clear succession plan. You will be part of a 12-person business development team, engaging in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The position requires 30–40% travel and offers a strong benefits package, including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), exceptional health benefits, vacation and holiday pay, a 5% 401(k) match, a quarterly bonus program, training and advancement opportunities, and 100% tuition reimbursement.
