Position: Client Service Representative
Location: Webster groves. MO (On-Site role)
Salary: $45k + monthly bonus, OTE $55k

Overview:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Client Service Representative to be a part of a growing investment management firm. They provide portfolio management and advisory services to financial advisors from other institutions/investment banks. Their HQ is in St. Louis and are actively growing! 

The ideal candidate for this position is someone interested in gaining experience in finance, client relations, and sales. In this role, you would be assisting the investment sales team with the coordination of meetings, interacting with clients to understand their financial needs, following up with information to clients, taking prospective calls, and offering changes to their current investments. This is a great finance position with opportunities for professional growth and development. Ideally someone with some finance experience working with a finance/investment company or internship experience!

Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative:

• Evaluate and understand customer needs and requirements
• Assist with demonstrations of the products and company presentations
• Professionally and enthusiastically respond to inbound inquiries from clients
• Proactively develop new relationships in a specific geographical region in coordination with and under the direction of the Regional Sales Director
• Coordinate educational meetings and interactions with other team members, including key product and portfolio management professionals

Requirements of the Client Service Representative:

• Bachelor's degree required - finance, economics or business degree preferred
• General knowledge and interest in finance
• Strong communication skills and interest in building relationships with stakeholders
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; client is unable to provide sponsorship at this time
