Job Description
As a fabricator, you will perform MCAW and FCAW welding, along with additional welding processes, to produce durable, high-quality welds. You will be responsible for welding plates to structural columns according to project specifications and industry standards. The role includes welding edges, connection pieces, and other parts onto beams, utilizing blueprints and schematics to manufacture each part accurately. You may also operate different machines to assist in fabricating parts, grind welds, use power hoists to move products, and employ hand tools and a measuring tape daily. The job involves lifting up to 70 lbs at times.
Responsibilities
- Perform MCAW and FCAW welding to produce durable, high-quality welds.
- Weld plates to structural columns according to project specifications and industry standards.

- Flux core welding
- Fabrication experience
- Blueprint reading
- Welding experience
- 1+ years of Welding/Fabricating Shop experience
- FluxCore experience required

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Butte, MT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
