Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Survey Cad Technician skilled in LDD (Land Development Desktop) software to join our dynamic team. The role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects within the private sector, focusing on site selection, surveying, preliminary design, and preparation of working drawings and specifications. The primary focus areas include site planning and layout, water distribution, sewer collection, roadway design, stormwater monitoring, and sedimentation or erosion control.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work overtime when needed.
• Strong prioritization skills with respect to projects and CAD standards.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Work Environment

The position is fully office-based, requiring behind-the-desk work to put together drawings. The office comprises approximately 20-30 employees, with the team size ranging from 10-12 members. The company offers a professional and busy atmosphere, making it an excellent place to work for a surveyor.
