Job Description:

As a member of the Delivery Support, Content and Collaboration team, the Content & Collaboration Solutions function delivers and administers purpose-built solutions for a range of content, collaboration, management, process control concerns as well as tracking and reporting interests in support of the Network Release and Deployment teams. The function also participates in scope & requirements definition, solution development, and supporting partnerships with other Network Release and Deployment support teams. Focus on developing content and collaboration solutions, tools, and automation to manage people and processes, produce tracking and reporting.


This position requires a strong acumen for identifying opportunities for solutioning improvements, soliciting concise customer requirements, defining scope, compiling solution justification and benefit statements. Envisioning, delivering, and maintaining solutions that align to needs and requirements, and deliver functionality and usability that meet the goals of the initiative. Strong organization and coordination methods, detail-focused approach, written, verbal and presentation skills. The candidate must be able to work on their own, successfully, and efficiently work toward team goals and deliverables. Adhere to process, facilitate practices that enable team members to perform at a high level in complex, highly controlled and regulated environment.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relative technical field. 
  • Understanding of industry methods for solution development, deployment, management, and maintenance.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with solution development, delivery, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint platform.   
  • Experience in requirements building and solution planning.
  • Delivery practices applying Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Aligned technical training/certifications are preferred (Microsoft SharePoint, Splunk, Tableau, Agile)
  • Familiarity with Change Management, Controls and Regulations in the Financial Services Industry.
