Job Description
This hybrid position is based near Holly Springs, NC, and focuses on executing deliverables for a project to implement a new, fully Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) system. This is a non-laboratory testing role where the candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and validation of the ELN system, as well as the recreation and migration of required master data. The role involves collaboration with colleagues across the network to ensure project commitments are met.
Responsibilities
- Execute deliverables for the implementation of a new ELN system.
- Design, configure, and validate the ELN system.
- Recreate and migrate required master data.
- Deploy production instances at various sites.
- Adhere to established procedures and regulatory requirements including cGMP/CFR, training, and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project commitments are met.
- Report status and updates on key responsibilities.
- Escalate issues through the project management team.
- Experience with ELN and system validation.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for system validation, GDP, and laboratory requirements.
- Ability to author control documents such as SOPs, Work Instructions, training materials, and process flow charts.
- Doctorate degree OR Masters degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience OR Associates degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
This is a hybrid position requiring proximity to Holly Springs, NC, offering a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration with a focus on safety and compliance in accordance with established procedures.

This is a Contract position based out of Holly Springs, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
