Core Experience:
- 2+ years of calibration experience
- Experience with manufacturing equipment
- Pharmaceutical or Military experience
- Experience with calibration including loop checks, humidity, temperature and pH checks
- Experience with process equipment, utilities, manufacturing, and some lab instruments
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
Responsibilities of this Role:
Calibration Technicians complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following company or client-specific policies and procedures.
· With minor supervision, complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following company or client-specific policies and procedures, in a safe manner.
· With guidance, perform flow, conductivity, pH, mass, and dimensional calibrations.
· Handle and maintain company and client equipment, including testing and standards equipment.
· Learn to troubleshoot and perform repairs, with the majority of work focused on scheduled calibrations and maintenance events.
· Proactively assess project safety concerns and ensure team members comply with all client site safety requirements.
· Strategically assess client environments, needs, and requirements to develop and initiate effective solutions, delivering successful execution through established solid relationships with clients.
