Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate instrumentation and controls troubleshooting.
- Conduct repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on all site equipment and systems.
- Manage process measurement and control, utility, laboratory, and bench-top instrumentation.
- Perform calibration including loop checks, humidity, temperature, and pH checks.
- Engage in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of valves and switches.
- 5+ years of instrumentation experience.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in Delta V systems, VDS, and Siemens PLCs.
- Experience with AMS-communication/Field bus.
- Experience with 4-20mA transmitters and Analog devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- A two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Equivalent military training and two years of applicable experience.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Basic understanding of GMP's and Life Science Industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a fully onsite role in a construction setting at a greenfield site, emphasizing safety and awareness. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts, potentially extending to 50 hours per week due to workload. Steel-toed boots are required, and reimbursement is provided. OSHA 10 certification is highly valued, and the company offers this training if needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilson, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
