Warehouse Associate – Structural Steel – $19–$21/hr
Omaha, NE
A leading structural steel distribution center in Omaha is hiring Warehouse Associates for steady, year‑round work. This is physical, hands‑on labor with strong long‑term potential — including paid overhead crane training even with zero prior experience.

Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • $19/hr
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM • $21/hr
What You’ll Do
- Operate overhead cranes to move structural steel (training provided)
- Load trucks using order sheets and staging plans
- Track and manage inventory in your assigned bay
- Perform basic crane checks and routine maintenance
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow PPE and safe‑lifting procedures
What You Need
- 6+ months warehouse or equipment operating experience
- Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred
- Overhead crane experience a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working in a semi‑outdoor steel warehouse
- Able to handle heavy materials throughout the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
