This Analyst will identify and troubleshoot workstation hardware and software problems. Will also respond to, research, and resolve questions received through the Service Desk. Another responsibility will be the training of employees in the use of computer equipment and related software in informal sessions.

Desktop Analyst – Desktop support technician, workstation support.

Day to day responsibilities: Working from a ticket que. Shouldn’t be taking calls from anyone, maybe one or two but that does not happen often.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field required

2-3 Years related work experience

Active Directory experience required
