General Laborer - Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Location: Omaha, NE

Pay: $18-$22/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am- 4 pm

Join a leading precast concrete company dedicated to producing high-quality concrete slabs for commercial buildings. This role involves a variety of tasks, including moving rebar, setting forms, and pouring concrete. Candidates must be comfortable with consistent lifting and working in a fast-paced environment. Training opportunities are available for those interested in carpentry to build and set concrete forms.

Responsibilities:

• Move rebar through the facility.
• Help set forms and pour concrete.
• Perform consistent lifting and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Set up and oil forms.
• Lay mesh and tie reinforcing bars.
• Set inserts and strike off.
• Strip forms and clean up the work area.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in general labor, concrete work, construction, or concrete finishing.
• Knowledge of finish carpentry and rebar handling.
• Ability to tie steel and set inserts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months of concrete work experience, either residential or commercial, is highly preferred.
• Prior experience as a general laborer on a commercial job site is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
