Customer Service Representative

This person will be taking and making about 100 calls a day total. Some calls will be customers looking for answers about their orders or deliveries. Other calls will be dispatching the delivery driver to their location of delivery. It's like a call center job in an office setting. Hours will be 8-12 hours days starting between 6am and 8am, and every other Saturday as needed. This is a smaller company so employees will be rotating for shifts.
