Make and receive phone calls with agents and applicants

Ensure new business files are in good order

Cross trained on how to handle all tele-applications, inspections and point of sale

Data entry into the different computer systems for new business orders

Updates statuses in systems call logs, provide status to agents and home offices

Provide email statuses to carriers, contact clients requesting current contract information

Answer multiple phone lines with accuracy and speed completing the appropriate client documentation

Respond to the needs and requests of clients and management staff in a professional and expedient manner

Mail out letters to applicants, or applications for wet signatures

Manage multiple email box accounts by updating files, and responding through emails

Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL, CRL subsidiaries, legal entities and client information
