We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives in the Omaha area. This position is all inbound calls, and has a generous bonus structure that increases overall pay significantly. There also is incredible room for growth within the company, and we are excited to hear from you!

The Client Services Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Maintaining industry leading service standards

• Providing customer service via phone to potential clients or

current clients

• Timely entry of all inbound leads

• Availability and dependability to multitask

• Highly focused on a total team environment

 

 

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Customer service experience in a call center setting

• Current P&C License preferred but not required, or auto Insurance experience preferred but not required

• Experience in the insurance industry
