Treasury Analyst III

• Documentation, opening new bank accounts, making sure signers are maintained and updates,
• Basic communication with bank with questions on KYC, bank openings, bank closings
• Some knowledge of what treasury department does
• Will be maintaining the bank accounts
• Opening and closing accounts
• Perform the administration for the activation of required services for the efficient management of the Treasury's operations
• Responsible to maintain a customer centric culture in which continuous improvements opportunities are promoted, recognized, and adapted within the department
• Manage bank account documentation required for treasury operations
• Assist with bank account maintenance; maintain bank account list for accuracy, including account signers and approvers
• Support various Treasury process and system enhancement projects and collaborate with all stakeholders and external consultants
• Projects and other duties as needed by Treasury
• Assist with KYC information as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience
• Excel knowledge—intermediate skills, v-lookups and pivot tables (will not create macros)
• Understands what signatories are
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Basic knowledge KYC procedures for treasury
