Description:

Marketing Associate II will be responsible for creating strategy and implementing campaigns to promote Customer Engagement. They will manage and support marketing strategy focused on on time payments. Responsible for managing comprehensive marketing strategies from initial concept phase to rollout. Another main responsibility will be to lead a customer survey strategy that will increase customer engagement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Marketing Experience

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue and align with business needs

• Experience with analytical tools and interpreting data to drive decisions and behavior

• Payment & Collections experience highly desired

• Undergraduate degree is highly desired

• Survey question design and execution experience preferred (experience with Alchemer platform a plus)
