Our growing company is looking for a strong customer support representative to support our Sales Team. Your responsibilities will vary to help the Sales Team reach higher revenue goals. Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment, while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities.

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of six months to one year of related
experience in providing customer support to various position levels
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and knowledge of
Microsoft office programs
Ability to follow instructions and complete
tasks within assigned time frames and with acceptable levels of accuracy
Must be a self-starter and work well with
little or no supervision
Customer Service experience (Call center
Must have high attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Strong typing skills
