Summary: Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative on conveyor systems
This is a posiiton from Friday to Monday on 1st. shift. (40 hours)
Maintenance Mechanic exp
Certificate from a Technical School is a plus (Electrician, HVAC, Automotive Technology)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have Mechanical experience. Entry Level is ok
Perform PM on all equipment (Conveyors, Gear Boxes, motors).
Perform preventative maintenance on High speed conveyor equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Mechanical and electrical (circuit) troubleshooting (120-480 volt, AC/DC motors).
Mechanical adjustments, electrical troubleshooting.
Perform changeovers, start ups, shut downs, and some set ups.
Utilize shop equipment such as drill press, lathes, and various hand and power tools.
Document all mechanical/electrical adjustments to equipment.
Working with pneumatic and some hydraulics.
Follow a job plan to complete work orders No programming needed.
