You have a chance to work alongside our talented team of Russian-Bilingual Call Center Representatives, remotely! You'll be responsible for partnering with Medicaid enrollees, transportation providers, medical providers and/or facility to provided great customer service while understanding, adhering to, and enforcing NYSDOH Policies and Procedures.

- 1+ years of Call center, retail, or admin experience (healthcare preferred)
- High School Education or higher
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Must have a private work space to work out of and own equipment and reliable internet
- Location: REMOTE - Must be Local to NY
- MUST have own equipment, reliable internet and quiet space to work in
- Hours: Call center open to 7AM-7PM (M-F) - Traditional hours are 9-630PM.
