Aston Carter's client is looking for customer service reps to join their growing team, on site in Berlin Township, NJ!! NEED CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE, flexible shift and good pay!!


-Main point of contact for new customers

-Responsible for scheduling installation of products

-Liaison between customer & Area Install Manager

-Providing and verifying quality quotes for installations/ services

-Once installation/ service is complete sending over legal document for agreement of satisfaction

-Tracking program for outstanding payments

-Collection of payment after final service/ installation is complete

-Running work in progress reports

-Diagnose customer issues, ask probing follow up


Call center, Customer service, Chat support, Crm, excel data entry, administrative assistance, excel database, administrative support, data entry

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Phone etiquette

-ability to work on dual monitors
