Customer Service Specialist

Aston Carter is currently supporting a client in Burlington, NJ in search for a customer service specialist. This position will work with a dynamic team to ensure smooth logistical operations and effectively communicate for their customers. Candidates with experience in logistics or transportation are encouraged to apply.

Description:

- Effectively communicate and assist customers with transport services

- Support phone, email and general inquiries regarding services

- Track and trace delivery schedules

- Establish pricing guidelines with customers

- Follow up with carriers

- Communicate with operations and fleet team for effective transport

- Update customer information

Qualifications:

- Logistics/transportation experience highly preferred

- Customer service and administrative skills

- Strong communication

Additional Details:

- Schedule: Monday-Friday

- Shift: 8am-5pm

- Contract-to-hire opportunity
