3-5 Must Haves:

• Min HS Graduate

• 1-5 years of experience w/ batching, compounding, and pre-weigh procedures

• Knowledge and understanding of following SOPs

• Ability to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height

• Forklift experience

** open to any industry. Prefer chemical or cosmetic industry experience over pharma but still open to any.


Responsible for the manufacturing of quality chemical products by following operating procedures and written instruction, while utilizing standard manufacturing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. The candidate must understand the basic chemistry involved in the processes in order to effectively monitor and trouble shoot. Operators are expected to continually upgrade their skills until they fully understand the entire plant process flow in addition to the basic chemistry of all of the plant processes.

2. Monitors Process, performs required measurement and tests, monitor the operation of equipment and sets equipment controls in order to effectively produce quality products.

3. Maintains production line operation by following SOP’s solving production process problems, making equipment adjustments, reporting production and quality data, reporting decisions made, and referring questions to other team members or team leader.

4. Maintains the required productivity metrics, attendance, safety training, and other duties to ensure the production schedule is achieved.

5. Monitors equipment operation on a day to day basis. Performs basic troubleshooting, notifying Manager and Maintenance when a situation is beyond his/her means. Assists in the repairs to his/her equipment and other simple maintenance tasks. Participates in equipment PM and project installation as necessary.

6. Document production and production processes by completing production log sheets, recording the receipt and usage of raw materials and calculating expected yields. Reports all incidents and safety hazards immediately to the team leaders.

7. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
