• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience - trouble shooting, servicing, and repairing Residential & Commercial security and fire alarm systems • Familiar with hardwired and wireless systems • Experience with Honeywell, Interlogix, 2Gig, Silent Night, Fire Lite, DSC, and Napco systems • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Strong attention to detail • Network/IT experience a plus
