Customer Account Specialist

Aston Carter is currently hiring for a Customer Account Specialist to maintain strong customer relations and process purchase orders. This position will be a contract-to-hire opportunity including hourly pay, full benefits and retirement. Applicants with experience managing customer accounts and utilizing SAP to process purchase orders are encouraged to apply.
- Manage specific customer accounts and build relationships
- Process sales orders through SAP
- Communicate with production and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and address possible issues or concerns
- Respond to order status through emailing
- Customer service/account support
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Outlook and Excel skills
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Training will be in-office. Hybrid work schedule once fully trained
