Job Description:

• Bachelors in Civil/structural Engineering
• 3+ years of industry experience
• EIT
• Site inspection
• Perform detail structural analysis of original modified, and proposed telecommunication towers; monopole, lattice guyed and lattice self-supporting structures and produce reports for review and approval y an experienced engineer
• 25% travel to sites for inspection of existing telecom installations
• Work towards ability to perform structural modification design and QA on structural analyses
• Translate drawings into model; ensure accuracy
• Assist in creating and modifying engineering calculation tools, standards, and training
• Read and understand new technical documents and standards and implement into work product
• Effectively communicate with internal partners on information need to complete structural analyses and design and communicate results to non-technical audience
• Create and execute project work plans
• Communicate project status to clients and internal management
• Prepare structural reports as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Professional License (preferred) or EIT
• 3-5 years professional experience in the field
• Ability to perform site visits and attend client meetings as needed
• Experience working with structural analysis tools
