They have been around for over 25 years and are leaders in the institutional, corporate, healthcare and commercial sector. Description:

- Project Management experience

- Institutional or Healthcare experience (both is a huge plus)

- REVIT experience OR willingness to learn it

- Put construction documents together for healthcare, higher education, corporate interior, institutional projects using AutoCad and REVIT

- Draft, draw, design full set of details

- Proposals

- Project Management -run projects from start to finish

- Attend meetings, go to and run; Be in charge and confident, give an answer even if you are unsure; Everyone works on multiple projects

- Involved in schematic and design development phases

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-10 years experience is ideal, someone who is on track to getting licensed; Registered Architect preferred

- Architecture degree

- Experience in ground up projects for institutional and/or healthcare

- Previous PM experience - someone who wants to take the next level to Sr PM

- REVIT is required; AutoCAD also a strong plus

- Can interact/meet with clients; coordinate with engineering trades
