One of the largest Fortune 500 Healthcare companies in Buffalo is hiring over 250 customer service representatives. Aston Carter is helping assemble a team of attentive and caring customer service representatives to accept inbound calls and e-mails from employees and their dependents on issues pertaining to their health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance products and services. This is a perfect role for team-oriented customer service professionals from all backgrounds who are eager to work for a great company.
NOTE: This job is REMOTE however you MUST live in the Western New York area to be qualified for this position.
Job Summary:
- Accept inbound calls and e-mails from employees and their dependents regarding general insurance inquiries
- Assist with the resetting of login credentials through online portal
- Respond promptly and handle/resolve consumer inquiries and concerns
- Keep records of consumer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
- Follow-up and close all customer inquiries and open cases
- Regularly interface with people (groups and individuals) and communicate within various mediums (E-mail, telephone)
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of consistent work history
- High School Diploma
- Must be local to Western New York
