Aerotek is seeking candidates for Manufacturing Support openings that will be working in their paint line, assembly, and packaging areas. They will be working interchangeably between these departments and the best candidates will be willing to help out in other areas when their area is a little slow. They could be packing boxes, checking the final product for quality, and doing small assembly of the Heating and Cooling units.
A typical day could have an employee helping out in 2-3 different areas. They could be material handling in the morning basically getting parts from one area and getting them together and brought over to the production side. They could be emptying the bins of scrap metal from the production areas and helping put together some of the parts. They could also be asked to sweep floors if need be. They must be versatile and comfortable working in multiple departments as that is how they will be utilized.
