· Preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits and/or providing reconciliations, resolving complex issues with high level management/outside professionals, and conducting special studies and analysis.
· Independently evaluates, selects, and applies generally accepted accounting principles to standard and non-standard journal entries for income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting reports.
· Assists with monthly closing process, including preparation of entries and ensuring accuracy of general ledger.
