Must Haves:

3+ years payroll/HRIS experience

Multi State experience

-proven track record of handling issues from the field pertaining to HR related info or payroll info

-Can answer questions regarding a paycheck inquiry/HRIS related inquiry - onboarding, pay, direct deposit, password resets, etc. (not a pure HR related inquiry type of role)

-SAP Experience

-ADP Workforce now Experience

-Union and Non Union Experience

-Bachelor Degree

-CA, TX, OH, PA, AZ, NM, FL state payroll exposure

Job Description:

The payroll department processes payroll for 10000 employees. They have stations in the United States and different areas of Canada including Quebec and Ontario in which payroll needs to be processed for. Each Processor will be responsible for about 3000-4000 employees.

Payroll is processed for two union payrolls weekly and 1 non union biweekly, Exempt, non exempt, etc.

Payroll Process - Hours are manually uploaded from Time and Attendance system (Enterprise), Uploaded to ADP Workforce, From here all hours and pay is audited for proper amounts, they will handle any inquiries by following up with stations and employees via email, make any manual adjustments on payroll, gather last approvals, auditing all work along the way for accuracy, then transmitting payroll once all information is accurate, From there payroll process will analyze any payroll previews or reports for accuracy and last minute reconciliations before payroll is finalized.

-Candidate will reconcile employee information between multiple data bases including SAP, ADP Workforcenow, and excel, info will include verifying new hires, terminations, wages, deductions, headcount, payroll, accruals, title changes, etc.

- Candidate will issue pay cards to employees that did not receive checks
