Our client in Rochester looking for a UX Designer to support their UX design team within the user interface of the Devices and Web Applications. Suitable candidates need to have true UX Design background they can not come from a development background. Candidates should have specific experience in Web applications or embedded Devices. They are looking for a UX designer that has the ability to conceptualize workflows, journey mapping, and flowcharts. Candidates will be working with engineers and Developers.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have:

1) UX Designer- 3-4 years: Ability conceptual workflows. Journey Mapping. Logical Models/ Flow charts.

2) Ability to understand engineering Specks and printer/ hardware systems. Embedded or any web Application background.

3) communication- will need to be able to go on meetings with developers and engineers and gather requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Portfolio: Nice to have a portfolio that has their work expressed through the process not just the end result, and speak on the process. If no portfolio because of Proprietary reasons, they need to have their experience to present.
