TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Technician in Upstate NY!
The Desktop Technician is the primary contact with employees regarding repair and troubleshooting. They will provide prescribed technical assistance to users via the telephone and in person for problems that are routine in nature.
Responsibilities include providing remote support via phone, and email along with in person technical support.
