Job Title: Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reliability Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-growing company. This role involves ensuring data integrity across various systems, supporting quality investigations, and standardizing asset management processes.

• Ensure data integrity of all P&ID items through asset walkdowns.
• Update P&IDs and drawings to reflect current conditions using AutoCAD.
• Support deviations, CAPAs, audits, and quality investigations within GMP environments.
• Create and standardize site asset management lists, focusing on continuous improvements in planning, tracking, and performance.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Maximo.
• Experience in GMP environments.
• Proficiency in Blue Mountain RAM (BMRAM) and documentation control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Strong customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time.
• Experience in a cGMP or aseptic environment is preferred.

The role involves working within a GMP environment, with a balance between desk-based design work and physical walkdowns in the lab or clean room. Work hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position requires flexibility, as the split between desk work and physical tasks may vary based on workload. Initially, this is an hourly position with potential for growth, including future on-call responsibilities as the role evolves into a full-time position.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, New Jersey.
