Summary
Solutions Architect is responsible of working with Corporate Communications and other stakeholders to integrate brand guidelines and company culture into content management systems (CMS), resulting in a unified and compelling online presence. They use their technical knowledge to monitor CMS customization & increase adoption of CMS platforms content publishing with other regional and/or global functions to ensure content is always refreshed on Intranet and other communication platforms. Their responsibilities include managing the intranet & the corporate website (US) implemented on Liferay, and the internal communication tool Poppulo.
Responsibilities
- CMS Platform Upgrades and Customizations:Collaborate with external consultants/vendors for software development, system upgrades, integration, and configuration of CMS platform for efficient content publishing on the intranet, corporate website, and internal communications channels, meeting specific requirements and enhancing functionality to support streamlined content management workflows to ensures web content meets all ADA compliance and other web optimization standards
- Content Publishing:Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand content management needs and align them with organizational goals, including those related to content publishing on the intranet, corporate website, and internal communications platforms.
- Continuous Refinement/Refresh:Actively engage in continuous refinement of the CMS for the intranet, corporate website, and internal communications channels, incorporating feedback from business stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to enhance user experience and effectiveness of communication strategies across all platforms.
- Cross-Functional Communication:Facilitate ongoing communication with both technical and non-technical teams, including branding and communication teams, to ensure alignment of CMS customization with business needs and promote awareness of newer CMS capabilities.
- Security Measures and Metrics: Develop and maintain GA4 analytics and overall site performance metrics, Implement and maintain IT security protocols within the CMS to protect against vulnerabilities and unauthorized access, safeguarding sensitive information shared through the intranet, corporate website, and internal communications channels to ensure proper Web Site Privacy Management leveraging One Trust Platform
Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or equivalent required
Experience Qualifications
- 4 or More Years 4+ yrs. of websites / content management with advanced skills in websites performance analysis with successful track record in, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Intranet, Corporate or Marketing websites required
- Preferred Certifications (Liferay, Poppulo Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Asana) preferred
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python)
- Experience with Liferay or other Content Management Systems like SiteCore
- Experience with Service Now Platform
- Experience running project with deadline requiring input from agencies and key stake holders.
- Strong communication skills with focus on information translation between technical roles & business roles
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
