Position Title: Accounts Receivables/Collections (Entry Level)

Location: North Bergen, NJ

 ***INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK***

Responsibilities:

• Will be assigned select accounts to collect on outstanding payment. Making upwards of 50+ calls/day
• Research and resolving issues for accounts for account reconciliation
• Sending follow-up collections emails to outstanding accounts and point of contact customers (this includes both small and medium sized customers)
• Assist department with other AR related work as needed such as applying cash to the correct accounts once payment is received
• Work closely with Sales Account Reps to handle ad hoc responsibilities and resolutions related to specific accounts
• Manipulate data using excel
