Our customer is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk/Network Analyst to assist with the NOC and Service Desk. This candidate will be responsible for taking after hours technical escalation calls from internal IT departments as well as field business locations. The primary support will include network and server troubleshooting for field offices. This resource will also back up the support team for after hours calls. Must have good communication skills, basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies. There will be a large network printer project they will be supporting as well.
