Job Title: Reconciliation Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to manage a backlog of thousands of records needing reconciliation for credit cards and cash. The role involves downloading files from banks, analyzing the data, handling matching, and clearing transactions in SAP. You will dump transactions into Excel, run pivot tables, and compare data to find correct transaction codes and information between credits and debits. After identifying the necessary columns, you will determine the appropriate T Codes to use.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of experience with SAP
• 3+ years of reconciliation experience (credit/debit, CC statements)
• Research experience

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Wayne, New Jersey and some days remote.

Work Environment

You will report to the Reconciliation Manager and have visibility from the VP.
