This position requires the ability to vary prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality products. This position is currently a 12 hour shift and can be day shift or night shift. The operator is responsible for safety, product quality, plant cleanliness and overall efficiency of their assigned area and reports to the Shift Team Leader

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Job Duties:

- Ensure all products are produced in accordance to quality standards

- Use basic math skills to to perform quality control checks (This is done by the machine, candidate just needs to monitor measurements and readings on the screen)

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace

- Change and load receipt data for the material handling system

- Monitor and adjust machine temperatures as needed

- Perform all job functions with minimal supervision

- Document all data related to shift assignment

Must Have:

- Minimum 3 Years' Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment

- Ability to Stand on Feet for 12 Hour Shift

- Ability to work in very hot temperatures (Machines put off a lot of heat so it is really hot in the summers)

- High School Diploma or GED

- Ability to work overtime if needed
