They have a team of around 12 developers that work together off of an Enhancements, new features queue. They are assigned roughly 10 to 12 different small enhancement or New Features projects per week, they tend to have about 150 of these things in there queue every week. This will be a major project primarily working on Microsoft teams enhancement. They are creating a new Collaboration Portal, off of MS Teams for remediating and resolving Major issues across the enterprise. (Example: ATMS are down, Protest in a City where branches are closed, Credit card's are not working, Datacenter in Southeast is not functioning properly etc...) This will be a collaboration portal where you can add or delete team members, share information, Log tickets and ultimately resolve these issues.
