The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing a digital marketing plan while adhering to an approved budget. They will work to understand the unique needs of home improvement contractors and business development opportunities in order to effectively customize and execute digital marketing programs that (1) maximize lead generation conversion, and product utilization as well as (2) deliver assigned loan production goals. The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation – Execute marketing programs for assigned channels to drive activation and loan production through new contractors.

Search Engine Marketing – Develop and execute campaigns across Google and Bing.

Social Media Advertising – Execute social media advertising campaigns.

Analysis – Analyze campaigns and their impact on Bank results. Establish a tracking process and monitor campaign milestones in order to provide pre and post campaign reporting analysis.

Budgeting - Maintain annual digital marketing budgets.

Collaboration - Collaborate with Marketing to develop ads, content, and other assets to execute on plans. Collaborate with Sales, Business Intelligence, and Compliance, to analyze campaign metrics, coordinate campaign strategies and tactics.

Positioning and Messaging – Develop tactics that are consistent with the bank’s approved product positioning and messaging when differentiating the Bank and our products in the market.

Market - Focus on home improvement/remodeling contractors and how they engage with our company through digital channels.

Social Media Outreach - Execute the bank’s social media plans and budgets. Curate and develop content for social media outreach and manage content calendar. Coordinate social media responses with key internal stakeholders.

Digital Marketing Plan - Execute an annual digital marketing plan and budget based on the achievement of assigned lead generation, activation, utilization, and loan production goals.

Essential Functions:

Digital Marketing Manager supports the development and implementation of marketing strategies within their supporting areas and throughout the Company. Lead and/or assist with digital marketing and provide support for the plans, reports, impacts, contracts, schedules, estimates, and data collection. The Digital Marketing Manager will support services with accuracy, on time and budget. Coordinate with other members of the marketing team, and third-party agencies to develop digital marketing content. Understand and follow Company established standard procedures for file structure and standard procedures for projects. Become familiar with business and department and Company plans and related material for each project and be able to utilize the information appropriately. Utilize effective communication skills to answer inquiries from coworkers, clients, or the public. Attend internal and external meetings. Regular attendance is expected.

Skills & Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

3+ years of B2B digital marketing campaign management experience including two or more years’ experience using marketing automation tools to create and manage campaigns.

Hootsuite experience a plus

HubSpot experience a plus

Experience managing and/or working for a third-party digital advertising agency a plus

Educations Requirements:

BA/BS college degree with marketing emphasis

Skills:

Top Skills Details:

1- Strong paid search experience (this person will manage all paid search adverstising)

2- B2B marketing experience (will look at candidates with B2C, but strongly prefer B2B- can have mix)

3- Experience managing landing pages in Hubspot or similar tool

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Facebook and Linkedin advertising is a big plus. They have used these advertising sources in the past, but not to the level or depth they would like to really grow and expand.

Will work with the sales team to help manage leads coming in through advertising

Will be responsible from a day to day stand point of managing all paid search campaigns, tracking campaigns, setting up tests, work with agency and internal team to set up new campaigns with landing pages and ads.

Will not have a team of direct reports, but will manage the relationship with the agency and the work they are doing.
