Description: Technical PM Within Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) and as part of the Global Procurement team this role is responsible for managing technology workstreams on large initiatives which are in the Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) application portfolio. This roles success is defined through, working closely with PMO partners, stakeholders and key leadership to build out actionable implementation strategies and driving the team towards established delivery goals. Due to the complexities of large projects and the number of stakeholders often involved, early identification and remediation of risks and issues are critical to success in this position. The individual will require strong communication skills, often interacts with senior technology and business leaders, and should possess polished influencing skills Required Skills -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Able to deliver well-organized documentation on time, that keeps group on top of agenda, action items, effectively pushing initiative forward, etc. •-Strong business partnering skills with individuals across the organization in a matrix environment, desire to lead in a fast-paced workplace. •-Works independently, detail oriented, capable of working in a strategic environment and managing to deadlines, drives for results. •-Work cross functionally and build positive relationships to ensure programs are executed. •-Proficient computer/software skills – Jira/ Confluence, SharePoint, WebEx/Skype, Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. •-At least 10 years project/technology delivery management experience. •-Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. (SAFe strongly emphasized) Desired Skills •-Transformational change agent •-Ability to transform abstract concepts and objectives into actionable plans •-Strong technical background
